The WOW Awards for outstanding customer service

As I discussed with Steve today I wanted to inform you of a fantastic service I received from your staff today and yesterday.

I wanted to tell you how refreshing it was to be dealt with by someone with excellent interpersonal skills and customer service flair.

On this particular day we decided to dedicate some time to establishing a new account and banking relationship. Our first visit to Anonymous Bank was extremely disappointing and over the next FIVE months, after, maybe, TWENTY visits and numerous, dubious excuses, we gave up

This business is trying to do the impossible. In an area renowned for bland, volume turnover Anglo-Indian cuisine, and, literally a stone’s throw from the infamous Brick Lane, they are slowly converting both locals and commuters alike to fantastic German food and amazing Portuguese (yes Portuguese) coffee.

I attended a wedding at the Manor House at the weekend and am writing regarding the customer service we received.

Stephanie, is mine and my daughter’s hairdresser and has been for a while.

The service I receive from The Salon, and Stephanie is always really high.

My wife and I were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary and had booked a long weekend in York with our friends.

During a water ride at the theme park my eldest daughter lost her silver bracelet. It wasn't a particularly valuable bracelet but it was a gift from a relative who sadly is no longer with us so we all as a family were upset at the loss.

Having searched for a "spud-gun"for our 8yr old son (after regaling tales to him of the joy and pain we ourselves had as kids!) and having little joy, we came across this company, who within 2 days had delivered the requested 2 spud-guns.

Debbie has helped Deaf people no end to make their lives easier so that deaf people can now contact the Police Emergency Service through their Mobile phones using Text while before we were unable to.

I visit Costa Coffee Tibshelf every time I head down the M1. Normally there's a very slow moving queue - and I am in a hurry! So I end up quite frustrated but put up with it because I love their coffee.
